At Salewa, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your mountain adventures; if you are not satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and generate your digital return label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all alpine equipment and apparel tags are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
